Please join us to learn about an increase in oil trains coming through Portland. Zenith Energy is working to expand its shipments of heavy tar sands crude oil via rail into Portland. Oregon PSR’s Dr. Joan Rothlein will join with others to discuss these dangerous oil train shipments and efforts to stop them.
