I am pleased to invite you to the 2023 Annual Hiroshima and Nagasaki Memorial at the Japanese American Plaza on Waterfront Park (NW Naito Parkway and Couch Street) in Portland Oregon. Oregon Physicians for Social Responsibility (OPSR) and our partner organizations will come together to mark the 78th anniversary of the atomic bombings on Wednesday, August 9th at 6:00 PM, where we will honor the lives lost to nuclear weapons and renew our commitment to building toward nuclear justice.
