Help Defend the Portland Clean Energy Fund - FRIDAY!

The Portland Clean Energy Fund is facing a fierce effort to reduce funding for climate justice and use these funds to increase policing. We need you to join us and show your support for PCEF on Friday, February 13.

The Portland Police Association and wealthy special interests are backing a ballot measure amending the city charter to permanently divert 25% of PCEF funds toward increasing police, limit accountability about how those dollars are spent, and undermine Portland’s climate investments.

The Coalition of Communities of Color and allies have taken legal action to stop this measure in court because it violates the state constitution and doesn’t give voters the information they need to make an informed choice.
