Inside Gaza: An Evening with Dr. Clyde Farris

Gaza_first_responders_billboard.jpg

Please join us for a firsthand account of the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip. Dr. Clyde Farris, an orthopedic surgeon from West Linn, recently returned from a trip to Gaza where he worked with a team of Palestinian orthopedic specialists. Dr. Farris will describe the type of injuries he saw as a member of a delegation from our colleagues at Washington PSR. Learn about the conditions inside what has been called “the largest open-air prison on Earth.”

Admission is free but donations are encouraged for the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund.

This event is organized by the Portland Chapter of Jewish Voice for Peace.
