Rally with #youthvgov for the Right to a Livable Future

It's time to stand up for the rights of young people.

The constitutional youth climate lawsuit, Juliana v. United States, has a hearing before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Portland, Oregon on June 4th, 2019.

If you can't be in Portland to rally on June 4th, visit www.youthvgov.org/alleyesonjuliana for information on how you can show solidarity from wherever you are. Help make history by having this be the most watched Ninth Circuit oral argument ever.

More than a thousand supporters will gather at Director Park downtown at 1:30 PM, just a few blocks from the courthouse to make clear to the government that the American people support these young plaintiffs and the constitutional rights they seek to protect. There will be a livestream of the oral argument, music, art, and speakers, including the youth plaintiffs and their attorneys after the hearing has concluded.

If you would like to attend the hearing itself, it will be at the Hatfield Courthouse at 1000 SW 3rd Avenue in Portland. It starts at 2:00 PM, but arrive early to ensure you get a seat.
