What Now?

What_Now_event_logo.jpg

What Now? made history last year when over 2,000 Portlanders joined 55 nonprofit organizations and a diverse group of community leaders for an event that connected thousands of Portlanders with local volunteer and advocacy opportunities.

Now more than ever, action is needed—and 2018 is a year of incredible opportunity.

Whether looking to protect immigrants and refugees, safeguard healthcare, confront white supremacy, or generally engage with the community—this year’s What Now? event offers multiple engagement opportunities for Portlanders of all communities, backgrounds and ages.

Oregon PSR will be tabling at this community event, and we that hope you'll join us.

Speakers include:
Israel Bayer, Executive Director, Street Roots
Ana del Rocío, David Douglas School Board Member
J.T. Flowers, Field Representative, Congressman Blumenauer
Lindsey E. Murphy, "aka Crazy Aunt Lindsey" & The Fab Lab
Aldo Solano, Policy Director, Oregon Latino Health Coalition
Elizabeth Woody, Oregon Poet Laureate
