I will be moving on from my role as Executive Director at Oregon Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR) over the next few months. I plan to stay on through mid-March to help with a smooth leadership transition, and will be available to support the new Oregon PSR Executive Director. I am excited that this is a positive change for Oregon PSR and for me. I have served in this role for 13 years, and I think it is important for healthy organizations and for the movements we work in to welcome new leadership periodically.

I am proud of what I, along with our incredible staff, supportive board and advisory board, and so many dedicated members have been able to accomplish in the time I have been here, and am confident that the organization is in a good position for this transition. I am excited to support this new chapter for Oregon PSR, an organization that will always have a special place in my heart.
I am not going far away, though. I have accepted a new position as Policy Director at Columbia Riverkeeper, a close partner to Oregon PSR, and a group I have admired for many years. I am eager to focus my attention on policy to protect the Columbia River and all who depend on it when I start this new position in April, and to continue to collaborate with Oregon PSR on many coalition efforts and campaigns.
