Columbia Pacific Bio-Refinery

The Columbia Pacific Bio-Refinery is a facility near Clatskanie, OR owned by Global Partners. The company seeks to be able to transload both biodiesel and tar sands crude oil, which would increase dangerous oil train traffic through communities in the Portland metro area, the Columbia River Gorge, and all other upstream, rail line communities.
